Production facilities of Obuv Rossii are located in the city of Novosibirsk and in Novosibirsk Region. Currently, Obuv Rossii produced footwear with any type of sole attachment — cement, injection moulded and combined construction methods. And the Obuv Rossii factory is one of the most advanced factories as to the technologies and equipment in our country. Obuv Rossii produces a range of products for own retail sales, and produces footwear by orders of other sales chains and corporate clients.

The enterprise manufactures footwear from preparation of the upper to the attachment of the sole and finishing treatment of the products. The assembly production is fully automated. It is equipped with machines of German and Italian brands Main Group, Schőn, Plastak, Pfaff, Molina Bianchi, Sigma, Elettrotecnica, etc.
Includes shops to produce soles, heels, insoles and shoe lasts. The component factory does not only satisfy the needs of the Company, it supplies its products to some external consumers.
A new production line was launched in spring 2014. Investments in the purchase of new equipment amounted to 1.7 mln euros. The equipment was supplied by the German Company Bohmer Technik GmbH. The manufacturing unit makes it possible to perform the whole cycle of shoe production including die extrusion, putting shoes on the last, etc. The capacity of the production unit is 500 thousand pairs of shoes annually.
In November 2015, the Company obtained 100% of the S-TEP shoe company that consists of a shoe factory in the town of Berdsk, Novosibirsk region, and a subdivision for shoe wholesale. The S-TEP factory has a complete cycle of shoe production with the injection moulded shoe construction method; the production is fully automated. It has worked on the market for more than 15 years and is equipped with machines from leading international manufacturers: DESMA injection units, Newlast automated cutting systems, Orisol sewing systems, ABB robots, CNC machines; the enterprise can perform 3D shoe modelling.
It began to work in May 2016 at the production site in the town of Berdsk. The line is equipped with machines of the famous company Svit. To start the line, Obuv Rossii studied a new technology the vulcanized construction method.
