Clients of Wildberries are provided with the whole range of services in Obuv Rossii’s stores: online orders pick-up, trying on, and returns.

Cooperation with Wildberries will allow us to increase the number of issued parcels further, to attract additional traffic to our stores, to offer convenient servicing, and to enhance customer loyalty”.

“We try to be still closer to our clients, that is why we decided to open new convenient pick-up points together with our partners. It is worth mentioning that we are ready to cooperate not only with such big companies as Obuv Rossii but with individual entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises for which such cooperation can provide significant economic support due to the Wildberries’ big customer traffic – we send over 780 thousand orders daily,” said Vyacheslav Ivashchenko, Chief Business Development Officer of Wildberries.
