The new partner of Obuv Rossii marketplace is the Russian manufacturer of decorative cosmetics

16 April 2020, Novosibirsk: Obuv Rossii Group continues to expand a pool of suppliers, which is the part of the program for the marketplace and Prodaem selling platform development. Famous brands of Russian decorative cosmetics ART-VISAGE and RUTA became the partner of the Group.

«We have successful experience in the development of a line of makeup products under Westfalika Medical private label. Now we have decided to go further and offer customers decorative cosmetics,» comments Olga Danilova, Head of the Related Products’ Department, Obuv Rossii Group. «The ART-VISAGE and RUTA brands have long established themselves in the market. These products being universal assortment are usually sold in specialized stores. Now it will appear in our marketplace.»

Decorative cosmetics ART-VISAGE and RUTA will be presented in all its variety — lip glosses and lipsticks, eyeshadows and blushes, mascaras and eyeliners, as well as a large number of nail polishes.

Studio-Laboratory ART-VISAGE has been operating on the market since 1998 and is the only manufacturer of decorative cosmetics in Russia. Cosmetics are successfully sold throughout Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic countries. The Russian brand RUTA starts its history in 2003. A variety of products, their quality and availability are the priorities that since its foundation the company has been adhering to.

Obuv Rossii (MOEX: OBUV) is a nationwide footwear company, the first publicly traded company in the Russian fashion retail. Obuv Rossii was established in 2003, it is headquartered in Novosibirsk and has a representative office in Moscow. The main Group business line is the production and sale of footwear and related goods. In October 2017, Obuv Rossii raised 5.9 billion rubles in an IPO on the Moscow Exchange (ticker: OBUV), the issuer being OR PJSC, and in doing so became the first publicly listed company within the Russian footwear and fashion market.            

In accordance with the audited Financial Statements under the IFRS Group, revenue amounted to RUB 11.55 billion for the full year of 2018, net profit was RUB 1.33 billion, and EBITDA was RUB 2.86 billion.

In December 2019, RAEX (Expert РА) assigned the creditworthiness rating to Obuv Rossii Group at ruBBB+ level, a "stable" forecast.
