Obuv Rossii Starts Cooperation with Sberlogistika

Novosibirsk, 21 January 2020: Obuv Rossii Group, the first public Russian fashion-retailer, is developing the Pick-up Points project in its own stores and is expanding its cooperation with logistic operators. At the end of 2019, Obuv Rossii signed a partnership agreement with Sberlogistika logistic platform, Sberbank’s subsidiary. Obuv Rossii plans not only to deliver online orders within this cooperation but also to accept parcels from individuals.

The pilot project was launched at the end of December with 213 test sales outlets in such cities as Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Ufa, etc. Further, over 600 Obuv Rossii stores will be included in the project.

Obuv Rossii Group started implementing the Pick-up Points project in November 2018, when, jointly with PickPoint, it announced the development of a pick-up point network using the federal base of its stores. Since then, Obuv Rossii has launched more than 1,700 pick-up points; it cooperates with eight partners including DPD, Post of Russia and the OZON online retailer.

In accordance with the audited Financial Statements under the IFRS Group, revenue amounted to RUB 11.55 billion for the full year of 2018, net profit was RUB 1.33 billion, and EBITDA was RUB 2.86 billion.

In December 2019, RAEX (Expert РА) confirmed the creditworthiness rating of Obuv Rossii Group at ruBBB+ level, a "stable" forecast.

Sberlogistika is a company from the Sberbank’s ecosystem, a universal logistic platform developing its own infrastructure and partner networks for the delivery to both corporate and private clients all over Russia.

The company was established by Sberbank PJSC in May 2019. In November 2019, the company entered the market with an integral product line and own infrastructure including five warehouses of class A in Moscow, St/ Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and Vladivostok, as well as courier networks in 19 Russian cities. The company is developing the biggest network tor receiving and issuing parcels (15.000 pickup points) in Russia and offers courier delivery to 465 settlements based on the partner networks.
