OR GROUP (Obuv Rossii Group) paid the 5th coupon on exchange-traded bonds, 002R-01 series, of RUB 3.4 mln
OR LLC (previously Obuv Rossii LLC, a part of OR GROUP) has paid the profit on the 5th coupon on exchange-traded bonds, 002R-01 series (identification No. 4V02-01-00412-R-002R dated 7 October 2021) today, on 18 March 2022.
The total amount taking into account the placed volume as of 15 February 2022 is 3,454,883.88 rubles (10.36 rubles per bond), the coupon rate is 12.6% per annum. The Company has fulfilled its obligations on payment of the coupon profit.
OR GROUP began to place bonds of 002R-01 series (as part of a program of exchange-traded bonds, 002R series) in the amount of 850 mln rubles on 19 October 2021 on MOEX by public subscription.
The number of issued securities is 850,000, incl. as of 15 February 2022, 333,483 pieces were placed, and the nominal value is 1,000.00 rubles. The coupon is paid out monthly.

OR GROUP has been implementing the bond program since the summer of 2011. The Group has placed bonds totaling about 11.4 billion rubles over the past eleven years. Eight issues of company’s bonds at the amount of 4.75 billion rubles are being traded on MOEX.
