Obuv Rossii Group Pays Eleventh Coupon on БО-07 Series Exchange Bonds Worth RUB 27.5 Mln
Today, on 24 October 2019, the eleventh coupon on exchange bonds of БО-07 series (the issue identification number is 4B02-07-16005-R of 21 March 2016) of Obuvrus LLC (being the part of Obuv Rossii Group) has been paid.
The total amount of payments was RUB 27,524,384 (68,810.96 per bond) which corresponds to the rate of 13.8% per annum. The Company has fulfilled its obligations of coupon payment in full.
The bonds of БО-07 series worth RUB 1 bln were placed by Obuv Rossii on 26 January 2017 at MICEX by public subscription. There were issued 500 securities with the face value of RUB 2 mln. The maturity of bonds is five years, an offer is provided in three years. The coupon payment is performed every quarter. The organizer and technical underwriter of the deal is Svyaz-Bank PJSC.
Now two issues of Company bonds for RUB 2.5 bln are being traded at MICEX.
