Obuv Rossii Bought under Offer 100% of БО-06 Bond Issue for RUB 1 bln
On April 1, 2019, Obuvrus LLC (the subsidiary of Obuv Rossii Group) bought 500 bonds of БО-06 series, under offer for the total amount of RUB 1 bln. As a result, the company bought 100% of the bond issue and fulfilled its obligations under offer in time and in full. Svyaz-Bank JSCB was the agent for offer fulfillment.
Currently, two issues of bonds, БО-05 and БО-06 series, for the total amount of RUB 3.5 bln are being traded on Moscow Exchange.
