A. Titov’s blog

Anton Titov was born in 1980. He started his career in the Westfalika shoe company: from 1997 he was engaged in foreign economic activity, and in 2001 became director of a sheepskin fur plant which was a part of the Westfalika Group of Companies. In 2003, he became founder and director of the Obuv Rossii Group of Companies. For more than 15 years Obuv Rossii which started as a small regional retail chain of 6 stores, has grown into federal company which develops several business areas. Obuv Rossii is one of the leaders of Russian footwear market. Nowadays the Company manages more than 720 stores in more than 230 cities of Russia. Anton Titov won «Entrepreneur of the Year 2008», which was organized by Ernst & Young and he was nominated for «Young Entrepreneur». He made the top 10 most successful young owners and managers according to the journal of Finance (March 2009). The journal of Delovoi Kvartal (Business Quarter) included Anton Titov in the top ten most effective businessmen of the region (August 2010). In 2011, he won the Russian contest «The Best Young Entrepreneur». In 2013 he was the winner of the Man of the Year award in the Retail nomination (the award was organized by Delovoy Kvartal Magazine).In 2015 and 2017, A.M. Titov became a laureate of the «Personalities of Business» award in the nomination «Region Promotion» and for big retail projects (the organizer — Siberian editorial staff of Kommersant).
