«Capital of Siberia» International Dancing Cup

The Westfalika chain has been the partner of the «Capital of Siberia» dancing competition for several years. Nowadays it is one of the major dancing tournaments in the Siberian region.

In 2013, «Capital of Siberia» got the status of international competitions; the event has been becoming more and more popular: in 2019, the tournament attracted 1500 dancers from seven countries. Sportsmen of 86 dancing clubs came from 33 cities of Russia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstani, Philippines, Malaysia and Turkmenistan. The most numerous delegations presented Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Omsk, Novokuznetsk and Krasnoyarsk. A peculiar feature of this tournament is an established jury with judges of WDSF qualification from different countries. In 2020, due to pandemic restrictions the competition took place in online format, about 150 dancers participated in the event, the performances were evaluated by seven judged of international category.


Siberian Running Festival

Since 2012 OR GROUP has been the participant of one of the largest regional sport events — Siberian Running Festival. The company delegates the corporate team for taking part in 3600m race and organizes the training for the sportsmen. Since 2013, the Company has been the partner of the Festival providing financial assistance for the event.


Young Designer Competition

The Westfalika shoe chain is a regular partner of the Young Designer Competition held by the Novosibirsk Technological Institute (one of the major industry research institutes in the eastern part of Russia). Westfalika provides organizational support and a prize fund for the winners.


Exhibitions of the Novosibirsk Painter Igor Sobi

OR GROUP has cooperated for many years with the Novosibirsk painter Igor Sobi who creates unique pieces made out of leather. OR GROUP provides materials for the painter’s pieces as well as organizational assistance at his exhibitions.
