Westfalika selling platform includes a network of sales and service outlets throughout Russia and an online platform of the same name. On the platform, the Company sells both products of its own brands (private labels) and products of partners (marketplace). In 2021, the share of online sales accounted for 20.9% of the selling platform receipts.  

Since 2018, the company has been implementing the strategy of integration into the logistic infrastructure of the Russian e-commerce market. Within this strategy, the project of partner pick-up points and parcel terminals based on Group’s stores is operating in the company. As of the end of 2021, the number of PUP exceeded 3500. The company’s stores are becoming valuable logistic units within the structure of the Russian e-commerce market.

The OR GROUP includes Arifmetika MCC, which develops financial services — provides cash loans and BNPL solutions. These additional services are combined within the framework of the innovative Arifmetika loyalty program, which also includes the traditional accumulative discount system. At the end of 2021, the number of participants in the Arifmetika program exceeded 2.9 million people. This is an ecosystem that creates a comfortable environment for buyers to interact with the company's brands.

OR GROUP footwear production is based in Novosibirsk and Berdsk, Novosibirsk Region. Currently, OR GROUP produces shoes using all main methods of sole attachment. Production facility area exceeds 5,000 sq. m.
