Since OR GROUP has a branched regional structure, it is actual to establish communications and team building. Annual meetings of regional directors in the head office have become a tradition. The program of the meetings is rather extensive — it includes work, training, and exchange of experience. Regional subdivisions also organize meetings to rest and strengthen the team spirit.

By tradition, the company marks all national holidays, on the day of which themed nights are organized, as well as dates of corporate significance — «Company's Birthday».
